Heavy-Duty Equipment & Deck-Over Trailers

When you’re hauling 15,000 pounds of steel and hydraulics down the highway, you don’t want to question your frame. We build commercial equipment trailers and deck-overs from scratch in Stillwater, MN, using heavy-duty I-beams, pierced frames, and premium running gear to handle your heaviest payloads.

Trailers Built to Your Specs

Every workload varies from contractor to contractor. Choose the specs that fit you work best to ensure a long-lasting trailer.
Here are the specs and sizing we offer our clients:

Deck Width:
83″ (Fendered) or 102″ (Deck-Over)
Length: 16ft up to 40ft
Main Frame: Up to 12″ I-Beam or heavy structural tube (Engineered for zero sag).
Ramps: Mega ramps, stand-up knee ramps, or hidden slide-in rear ramps.
Axles: Dual 7K, 10K, or 12K Dexter axles (Single or Dual Wheel configurations).

Custom Trailers Built for Your Payload

From compact skid steers to oversized hotshot loads, we configure the frame, deck, and ramps around what you haul every day.

Skid Steer & Implement:

Low-profile decks (83″ wide) keeping the center of gravity low. The Perfect build for safely hauling skid steers, mini excavators, and trenchers.

Flatbed Deck-Over

Full 102″ wide decks over the wheels. The standard for palletized materials, wide agricultural equipment, and commercial hotshotting.

Tilt Trailers

Gravity or power-tilt decks that eliminate the need to wrestle with heavy ramps. Just drive your equipment right on and lock it down.

Heavy Goosenecks

Built for maximum payload and highway stability. Engineered with massive I-beam necks to handle extreme tongue weight without flexing.

What Makes Us the Choice for Commercial Haulers

Our STC standard applies to every custom build, and a hauler is no different. We make sure your commercial trailer works as hard as you do, and is something you can rely on.

Each trailer build is guaranteed:

90 V-Front

90-degree V-front adds living space up front so it feels more like a cabin on the ice, and less like a shanty.

LP Siding Options

Add LP SmartSide engineered-wood siding for a finished cabin exterior; paintable and durable.

Finished Interior

Tongue-and-groove walls and ceiling, custom cabinetry, and trim finished to a cabin standard.

Fishing Holes & LED

Multiple fishing holes positioned off the seating, with LED hole lights and sealed covers.

Mini-Split Heat & A/C

Add ductless mini-split for efficient electric heating and cooling in one quiet system.

Sleep & Live

Convertible sofas and dinettes, lift beds, and optional smart controls for heat lights and power.

Smart Controls

Monitor and run the house from your phone; app and panel control for heat, lights, lift, and power.

Common Questions

Here are some frequently asked questions about the equipment and deck-over trailers we build.

Can you build a custom length or width?

Yes. Custom dimensions depend on the layout, materials, ratings and transport requirements. Share parking, site and storage limits early so we can evaluate the configuration and cost.

What information do you need for an estimate?

Send your intended use or menu, operating location, preferred size, equipment ideas, budget and target opening date. Include existing equipment, your tow vehicle and pickup or delivery needs. Sketches and inspiration photos help.

Is a preliminary estimate the final price?

No. A preliminary estimate uses the information available. Detailed design resolves remaining decisions, and the accepted agreement establishes the build price. Later changes follow the written change-order process.

Can I visit the shop?

Yes. Visits to our Stillwater, Minnesota shop are available by appointment. Contact us ahead of time so we can set aside time and confirm which projects are available to view.

What towing equipment should I bring?

Confirm your tow vehicle, hitch or coupler, electrical connection, braking equipment and accessories before pickup. The complete setup must meet the trailer’s final ratings and vehicle and component manufacturers’ requirements.
